Geocaching for business

Aims

In our school programmes, through both classroom and activity outdoors we aim with children to :-

  • Enhance children’s knowledge and skills across the curriculum, with a specialism in mapping skills (reading maps, using GPS, using interactive mapping software.)
  • Develop a range of key skills, such as communication, investigation, discussion and observation.
  • Promote Healthy living – through walking, seeing walking as a means of exercise.
  • Establish community links – by placing a copy of a school walk in the public domain and by establishing a regular monthly/bi monthly family walk.
  • Promote Citizenship – by learning about our environment, the rules and regulations we need to follow in order to protect the countryside.
  • Ensure that the children have fun whilst learning.

In our business programmes, we aim to :-

  • Team build
  • Improve communication skills
  • Boost self esteem and confidence
  • Provide an active but relaxing day for people to reconnect and build working relationships
  • Structure the day around you and your business
  • Have fun and increase morale!
